Shipping and Returns
All information about shipping and returns.
We often ship orders the same day if ordered before 12pm (Monday – Friday). All orders after this time are likely to be shipped next working day. Your order will be shipped depending on the selected shipping options on check out. We use Royal Mail as our choosen courier.
First Class 1-3 working days or 2nd Class 3-5 working days.
We only ship Monday to Friday, Not weekends or bank holidays.
We do not offer same day delivery. The fastest service we offer is 1st class royal mail which is 1-3 working days.
USA and Canada:
International tracking and signed: 5-7 working days after dispatch – £12.95 – compensation up to £50 – (recommended for high-value purchases)
International standard: 5-7 working days after dispatch: £8.50 – up to £20 compensation
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Sweden and Italy.
Standard international delivery: 3-5 working days – £6.20 – up to £20 compensation
International tracked and signed – 3-5 working days – £10.55 – up to £50 compensation – (recommended for high value purchases)
Rest of the word:
£11.00 – 7-14 days
Please be aware:
Taxes, duties, import fees and shipping fees assessed by your country’s customs office are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
International shipping time is determined by your local customs office and varies depending on location. Shipping typically takes 7-30+ business days to arrive. Beard and Bones UK Limited is not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees, or shipping fees assessed by your customs or local postal service. Please check with your customs and postal service to determine if there will be any additional fees before ordering.
International packages are shipped via Royal Mail and cannot be tracked once they reach international customs.
If you have ordered and want to add something to your current order or change it, please email promptly or send a message at the contact form.
If you have an issue with your order; i,e wrong item or a fault, we will send a replacement out or offer a refund/ future discount.
If you do not like the scent which you have an ordered but have not used it, we can swap this for another item or offer a refund but this has been arranged within 7 days of arrival. If you do want to return this, you will have pay for shipping.

If you have yet to receive your order and believe it should have arrived.
Send us the order number and the date of purchase or….
If you cant find that, your name and date of purchase will be fine.
We will look into it, if you order has been misplaced/ lost. We will get to the bottom of it, dont worry and send out a replacement. We will keep you updated on the process of your missing order. We apologise in advance as some orders do go missing but Royal Mail are very reliable and very rarely let us know down.
