Returns/ Lost items

Do you accept returns?

Yes we accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order. This date is confirmed by the tracking number. More information about how below. 

We ONLY accept returns for items, which have not been used and in its original packaging, This is due to hygiene reasons. If we find that they have been used, we will not issue a refund.

Step 1. Please contact us at help@beardandbones.co.uk, send us an email about the issue.

Step 2. In this message, you will need to include your order number #  (found on email confirmation) and the reason why you wish to return and that you agree these have not been used. 

Step 3: You are required to pay for your own shipping to return the items, to us.  If the value of items in your order is high, we would recommend using a tracked service. We are not liable for any items lost /damaged in transit. If they are become damaged/lost within transit, we will NOT issue a refund, you will have claim off the courier for compensation. 

Step 4: Make sure all items are tightly packed and with a note of your order number and name, so we know who has returned this items.

We do not accept returns from international orders. 

Step 4. We will issue refunds for order which have received within 30 Days of delivery. If they have not arrived within 30 Days of YOU receiving. If arrived after this period, We will not issue the refund. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@beardandbones.co.uk

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We Do not offer exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you can provide us proof that your item is damaged, we will send out the replacement.

Do you offer exchanges/swaps?

We do not offer exchanges or swaps. You will have to return unwanted item, unused and in its original packaging. We will refund you for this item. Then you will have to purchase the item you want.

Damaged items?

If your order has arrived damaged, send us an email at info@beardandbones.co.uk with your order number and images of the damage.

We will either offer a replacement for the damaged items or Refund for item/s which are damaged. If the items is damaged, the value is for the individual item, not the whole deal. 

Lost items?

Due to global pandemic, the orders are taking a little longer than expected. Please be patient, if you do believe your items are lost. We have put together a list of scenarios and 

Lost item: 1.

1. Your order has not arrived after stating its been delivered on tracking?

1a. Please, check if any of your household have taken your parcel in. 

1B. Please check with your neighbours to see if they have it. 

1C. Please check any "safe spaces" to see if its there.

1D. if you have checked all of 1A to 1C and still not got your order. Please contact us with your order # and we will chase this issue up with Royal Mail. 

Lost item: 2?

1.A You ordered and its not arrived within the shipping date from checkout. 

Not to worry, due to high demand and reduce staff. It is taking longer to receive orders. Royal Mail states that the item is only considered lost after 10 working days AFTER its expected delivery date. A working day is only Monday - Saturday. Sunday is not considered working day.

Free returns?

No, we do not offer free returns, you are to pay for your own shipping costs if you want to return an item. This must be in its original packaging and unused due to hygiene reasons. If your order is lost in transit, we are not responsible.

if you are unhappy with your items and want to return them. Please contact us and we will send you our returns address. You will have to pay for shipping to return the item. If the item is lost is transit, we are not responsible for this. 

We are unable accept returns if they are not in original packaging and have been used due to hygiene reasons. We will inspect your item on arrival before issuing refund. If we found they have been used/damaged in transit. We will contact you to notify you will not get a refund. 

Will I get a full refund? 

You will get a full refund of your order except shipping costs. 

Our policy is in line with UK Law. This states to accept returns within 14 days. We accept returns up to 30 Days of you receiving your order with the date confirmed by delivery confirmation on tracking information,

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: We will replace any faulty, broken products. We will send out an identical item or we will offer a partial/full refund.

We will be required to see photo evidence of this fault/damage. Please provide this evidence when contact us via email. 



There are certain situations where only partial refunds and keep the items are granted (if applicable) 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
